That is why, for us, thoughtful relocation support does not begin with a property listing. It begins with the right questions.

Discover First, Decide Second

If you do not yet know a region through everyday life, renting a house or apartment first is often the wiser decision. A neighbourhood that appears wonderful during a weekend visit may feel entirely different in the context of work or family life. School journeys, traffic, shopping facilities, neighbours and seasonal differences can only be properly assessed over time.

We support you in finding suitable rental properties, accompany you to viewings and help you evaluate the available options. Tenancy agreements are legally reviewed before you sign. Unclear clauses, deposits, contract terms, service charges and other obligations are explained in a way that is easy to understand.

If you later decide to buy, we can accompany that process as well — from identifying a suitable property and conducting the necessary legal checks to preparing and coordinating completion. This is not only about the property itself. Ownership, licences, existing charges, contracts, deadlines and every other matter that should be carefully clarified before a purchase are equally important.

Behind the scenes, Paul Leon provides experienced legal guidance. He has lived in Spain for approximately 25 years and advises international clients in several languages. We research international, bilingual and Spanish schools and compare their educational approaches, qualifications, languages, locations, travel times and admissions requirements. We coordinate initial meetings and visits and help you assess the different options realistically.

We can also assist with universities, nurseries, language courses, sports facilities and leisure activities. Because arriving well is not simply a question of whether you like the property. What matters is whether everyday life works for the entire family.

If required, we can also assist with furnishing your home, organise suitable service providers and take care of the many small details that transform a property into a home.

We also intend to host a Single Expat Dinner every two months — for singles, newcomers and those who would like to expand their social circle.
