The Madrid residency consists of twelve confirmed performances:

25, 26 and 27 September
2, 3 and 4 October
9, 10 and 11 October

Each evening can welcome more than 50,000 people.

If every concert fills the stadium, close to 600,000 guests could pass through Shakira’s temporary Madrid universe.

That is roughly the population of a substantial European city arriving in excellent eyeliner.

The concerts begin at 20:30, but the experience is designed to start much earlier. On performance days, Macondo Park is expected to welcome visitors from midday until midnight, allowing them to explore its cultural pavilions before and after the show.

A Stadium Built for One Woman

The temporary Shakira Stadium is being integrated into Iberdrola Music and has been designed as an immersive venue with uninterrupted views, advanced acoustics and premium audience experiences.

The architectural concept involves Bjarke Ingels Group, better known as BIG – an appropriate name when almost every number connected with this project is enormous.

More than 50,000 fans.

Twelve performances.

A month-long cultural presence.

An entire temporary city.

Shakira has never been particularly interested in entering a room quietly.

The residency marks her return to Spain eight years after the El Dorado World Tour visited Madrid in 2018. This time, she is not simply returning with a new production.

She is returning as an institution.

The residency forms part of the Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran World Tour, which began in February 2025 and has become the highest-grossing tour in history by a Latin artist.

The title translates as:

Women No Longer Cry.

Not as a decorative background to a pop concert.

Why Madrid?

Because Madrid has become one of the most important meeting points between Europe and Latin America.

Its neighbourhoods, restaurants, businesses, music and cultural life have been transformed by communities from Colombia, Venezuela, Argentina, Mexico, Peru, Ecuador, the Dominican Republic and beyond.

Latin America is not visiting Madrid.
